2. Products and Workshops
2.1 Plaster Art Products: All products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, texture, and finish unless otherwise stated. 2.2 Workshops: We offer plaster art workshops for individuals and groups. Dates, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. 2.3 We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Commission Products
3.1 Every commissioned artwork delivered to a client reflects the artist’s image and reputation. Clients can choose the color scheme and designs, while the artist will determine how to apply them to the artwork. 3.2 Each completed artwork is considered final, and any amendments or additional requests will incur extra charges. cost.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. 4.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods. 4.3 If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order or registration.

5. Self collection
5.1 Self-Collection : We encourage self-collection to ensure the safe handling of our products and minimize the risk of damage during transit. Delivery is available upon request, with additional charges. 5.2 Artworks completed in our workshop must be collected within ten (10) business days due to limited storage space. We are not liable for any loss or damage to artworks left uncollected beyond this period.

6. Local Shipping and Returns
6.1 Local Shipping : Once the artwork is ready for delivery, we aim to process and ship orders within seven (7) business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and the selected courier. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. 6.2 Returns: As our products are handmade, we do not accept returns.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Cancellations and Refunds: All purchases, including workshop slots, are non-refundable. However, a one-time rescheduling of a workshop session may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the Website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of DeArkCraft and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. 9.2 Participants in our workshops assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
